I felt that this dress had some retro Americana vibes to it, and thought the Art Deco Style Union Station in Los Angeles would be era-appropriate for this ensemble. I wanted to not make it look like I was back in time, so I modernized the accessories and used the ticketing facade, which has the great glass arch with the mosaic textile details that make it look extremely nostalgic for a past Los Angeles.

For a little update on what I’ve been up to lately, I’ve been really exploring my creativity when it comes to photo editing if you can’t tell already. I’ve definitely have been transitioning into playing with more colors with my photo edits as of late and I will be releasing a new preset for y’all to check out. Here is my preset shop and stay tuned for my new preset that’ll be coming out very soon! I’m so excited to be sharing with you guys on this new preset pack I’ve been creating.

I’ve also been revamping my YouTube channel and researching the type of content I would like to produce on there. My blog is a place where I would like to document my experiences and latest ideas, whereas Instagram is where I explore my creativity with fashion and capturing lifestyle/travel content in a beautiful/artistic way. I’m constantly inspired and while I’ve been heavily using these 2 platforms for the past 4 years, I would really like to create more YouTube videos this year. YouTube will a place where I will put more focus on beauty and sharing knowledgable tips I know about makeup, skincare, health, and fitness. I’ve noticed that people’s attention span on Instagram is so much shorter and it’s challenging for me to share information dense content on there so I’ll be bringing in more content on my YouTube. Feel free to subscribe to my YouTube if you haven’t already.
