I never got around to publishing this post that’s been sitting in my drafts for a few months now- which is why my hair is blue here. Back in December 2017, I was really diligent with my workout routine, hitting the gym regularly and now I’ve nearly been on a 3-month hiatus.
I think I’ll get back to that workout grind this month. Who’s like me though and has a hard time staying consistent with their workout regimen? It’s tough cause the moment you take a break, it’s easy to lose the gains you’ve built and have that same momentum.
Staying fit is really good for your internal health though. Instead of focusing on visible results this year, I want to try and work out for longevity reasons so that it becomes a lifestyle choice.
