I never got around to publishing this post that’s been sitting in my drafts for a few months now- which is why my hair is blue here. Back in December 2017, I was really diligent with my workout routine, hitting the gym regularly and now I’ve nearly been on a 3-month hiatus.
I think I’ll get back to that workout grind this month. Who’s like me though and has a hard time staying consistent with their workout regimen? It’s tough cause the moment you take a break, it’s easy to lose the gains you’ve built and have that same momentum.
Staying fit is really good for your internal health though. Instead of focusing on visible results this year, I want to try and work out for longevity reasons so that it becomes a lifestyle choice.
Love your workout outfit! Also, girl I feel the struggle. I find it so hard to stay on a healthy diet while working out 3-4 times a week. You got this 🙂

That such a cool outfit! I need to go back to my workout regimen, I’m the worst if it comes to workouts even if as a dietitian I should be promoting healthy lifestyle, still gym is the last place I’ll go 😀 I prefer to take some joga and similar stuff – more peaceful than fast workouts.
Love you spot outfit! I have the same problem like you. I break my fitness routine so easy as i have too much excuses that i was not really feeling like to move LOL.

I love your active wear. I am the same I was doing so well and stopped for a couple of weeks but I am happy that I went for a long bike ride 2 days this week and tomorrow I will be back on track with my exercise routine. Great post. xoxo Cris
