Life offers us two choices: evolve or repeat.
When there is something we need to learn or work on, the same situation will continue to repeat itself until we either learn our lesson or find a healthy way of dealing with that particular issue. If we choose to repeat, we will be presented with the same challenges, the same routine, the same storms, the same situations, until we learn from them and choose change. If we choose to evolve, we will recognize our patterns, find our lessons, explore outside our comfort zone and seek growth.
