We all want a love that is romantic but isn’t romantic love wrought with self-delusion and disappointment. Romance and love seem more at opposing odds than synchronized. Loving someone as a parent loves their child is unconditional. They are undeserving, insufferably selfish, painfully unappreciative and altogether undeserving.
After we grow up, we want this same degree of affection and love from another. To love someone that is pitifully unqualified to be loved is exactly what love is. Nobody is a total package. We all have 24 hours in a day and cannot find the time to perfect and give attention to everything, so we are inevitably filled with insurmountable flaws that we will all unleash — at the behest of our lovers. And in that, romanticism is quickly washed away. Truly loving someone as a parent loves a child means the death of romanticism.

I do agree with you. Nobody is perfect or a perfect package. We cannot expect someone to be there for us 24/7 nor we can be there for everyone all the time. What matters I think is making an effort and working on our relationships.
This is a great sporty styling..love the sneakers. You look gorgeous!!!

I love how you rocked your sweater! I agree with you – we have the same degree of affection towards people we really care about. This is passed down, or we pick it up from what we crave the most.
