My New Winter Look with Neutrogena

As I’ve mentioned in a previous blog post, the harsh winter has been really taking a toll on my skin. Although I rotate between using different serums, moisturizers, and sheet masks to keep my skin hydrated at home, I needed something a little more hydrating for makeup as well and that’s when I discovered Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost Cosmetic Collection. The Hydro Boost Collection is a line of makeup with hydrating hyaluronic acid that boasts lip-quenching conditioning and a moisturizing foundation that’s better for your skin than wearing no makeup at all.

I’ll be sharing 3 of my favorites from this makeup line by Neutrogena to achieve a winter makeup look.

After prepping my face with moisturizer and SPF, I start off by using the Hydro Boost Tint Foundation in the color Natural Ivory. It hydrates my skin for 24 hours and is available in 10 shades for all skin types. Then, I apply the Hydro Boost Hydrating Concealer in 10 Fair to brighten up my eye area and minimize the appearance of dark circles. The concealer has a hydrating core and blends so effortlessly for a smooth and buildable coverage. Since all the products from the Hydro Boost line contain hyaluronic acid, I definitely could tell that my skin felt more hydrated and it also made the makeup application to appear much smoother.

For my lips, I applied the Hydro Boost Hydrating Lip Shine in Bright Poppy for a nice vibrant, pop of color for the lips. My lips looked plump all day with this conditioning lip gloss, which is available in 8 different shades. For a simple, natural day-time makeup look, you can stop just there, but I was going out for the night so I intensified my eye makeup look and applied some bronzers to chisel my cheeks.
